【College History】
Our hospital was formerly known as the "Blackwater College of Medical Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Canada". It was founded by Dr. Liu Wancheng in 2000. In 2012, it was officially established as the "Royal North American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine".
